private one-on-one and group sessions are available upon request at a location of your choice or on zoom.
this would consist of a 60 minute flow personalized to your or your groups' personal, emotional, and spiritual goals.
individually, i have been working with a handful of school-aged children struggling with anxiety/depression with yoga and various mindfulness activities. i have also worked with moms post partum in learning the corners of their skin after giving birth and connecting with the various changes in their body. again, this would be customized to the individual.
as for groups, i currently teach girl scout troops, groups of friends whether it be for a birthday or just fun - i'd love to bring the gift of yoga to you and your loved ones in whatever way you're comfortable. price varies based upon group size!

this is a huge misbelief when it comes to yoga! there is never and has never been a requirement to be flexible or look a certain way in poses.
there are adaptations for poses for a reason, not all bodies are the same and therefore they cannot perform the same in certain areas! something we have no control over is our bone lengths/sizes - this is a huge reason for many people not able to be as “flexible” as they want themselves to be.
yoga is a non-judgmental place not just for others, but for yourself as well. your body is capable of what it is capable of - remember to listen to it! -
of course not! in my classes, i try not to go too deep spiritually. i totally understand that not everybody feels the same way when it comes to spiritually focused activities/conversation. the main focus of my classes is the reconnection between yourself, your soul, and your body.
i promise there is never any need to believe in anything spiritual, just the acknowledgement that your physical self is not the only version of you that is available. we have both mental, emotional, and physical bodies that interact on a day-to-day basis that require us to check in and smooth out any bumps in the road that may come up.
additionally, if you are interested in a more spiritually focused lesson, book a private lesson and i would love to build the session around what you’re interested in!

a lot of people come into yoga classes with the “fact” that they cannot meditate. they have tried time and time again and just can’t seem to get it right.
good news! even just trying to meditate gives your body the benefits of meditation. even when it feels like you are accomplishing nothing, your mind and body are working together to stay in the moment and that in itself is amazing and more than most people can say. this is why i focus on not judging yourself. often times, when we become critics to ourselves, we end up holding ourselves back.
let go, breathe, and allow yourself to just be.
